California Dreamin'

Anyone who knows me knows I am in love with....

I've always had an attachment to it long before I ever lived there & serendipitously I ended up in photography because of this place... I love palm trees, sunshine, the beach, The Grove....traffic....

It always makes me smile & I couldn't have been happier this early morning at the beach in Santa Monica. I loved this trip!

A Star is Born :-)

I absolutely loved photographing this almost nine year old in L.A.! She's gorgeous & very funny. She lives beneath the Hollywood sign, which is sure to be calling on her very soon.

I love these guys!!!!

This trip has been full of fun & nostalgia for me. I got to spend this afternoon photographing one of my favorite families and first friends in LA. I met them when the oldest was just five & now their family has grown twice more!!! The kids have their father's crazy sense of humor and mom's killer looks. These guys are all amazing...

A California Wedding

The most fun! I am ridiculously excited to be visting Cali... it's my first trip back since I moved home to Boston 2 years ago & I remember exactly why I love this place so much! I had the opportunity to shoot with my great friend & fantastic LA wedding photographer, Marianne Lozano for this gorgeous bride & groom.

She's funny, she's smart, she's inspiring... this chick does it all! She is a true artiste & I had so much fun shooting my friend Gretchen. I thought I'd go for a retro feel ala 70's & 80's cool... I loved playing with the colors and textures of these shots. We had a blast!!!

I've had so much fun watching this 'lil miss grow! This was our last session in Baby's First Year package documenting baby's milestone's in her first year! She was a beautiful newborn and she is just the most fun lovin' little chick...
